Politique de remboursement

We have a 10-day online order return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, within original package.. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

For in-store purchases, we can only accommodate exchange credit on same day purchases for returns. We cannot return or refund any LEATHERS that have left the store. We cannot accept any returns on MYSTERY items.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@handandsew.com. Return shipping is the duty of the customer, and any returns are eligible for a refund, or a free replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sample pieces, and 1-off items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

We cannot give any guarantees on orders purchased using a 3rd party shipper, or sent to PO Box. 

 

Booked Sessions/Classes/Workshops
Classes/Workshops must be cancelled/re-scheduled within minimum 24hrs before the booked session.  No-shows without any communcation will not be eligible for a refund, and clients more than 15min late will be automatically cancelled.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your item is deemed "used" or damaged, it may incur a 25% restocking fee, or be refused for refund if damaged beyond repair/resale.
